Motor Graders
Max Hire’s Motor Grader fleet are delivered ready to work. The
Cat 12H, 140H and 140M graders are registered for road use and the 14H and 16H graders
are fully mine spec’d ready for mine or major construction operations. Registration
is available on the larger models by request. Graders are available with Trimble
GCS9000 Systems for both rough grading and final trim down to 5mm with fewer passes.

LOAD FACTOR GUIDE
Low: Light maintenance or finishing work, frequent periods of
idling
Medium: Normal operation in average conditions, 50 to 75%
of work cycle
High: Heavy operation with steep grades, hard material etc,
high work cycle
Note: The above lists general fuel rates (i.e fuel burned per hour)
based on the above load factors. Machine utilization and job efficiency should be
used in conjunction with these load factors to properly evaluate fuel consumption.
